Amanda Lupkin joined DHR in March, 2018. Amanda brings over a decade of reinsurance experience as well as innovative and creative solutions to DHR and TPAs. At DHR, she evaluates employer stop-loss quotes and builds solid relationships with our brokers and TPA partners. She works closely with the claims and marketing departments to better assist our clients. Amanda graduated from Southern New Hampshire University where she studied Business Administration.
Kirstin joined DHR in June 2015. Her role is to market to new producers, TPA’s, brokers and consultants, as well as maintain and grow strong prosperous relationships with current producers. Kirstin was the Sr. VP of Sales and Account Management for a large PPO network and held VP positions for a reinsurance intermediary and an MGU. Kirstin graduated from the State University of NY at Fredonia in Business Administration/Health Care Management.
Paul has owned and operated MGU’s since the early 1980’s. Prior to establishing DHR Management, Paul, along with his partner, Mike Sebastian, built one of the most successful stop-loss MGU’s on the east coast, Marlton Risk Management.
Barney Sebastian joined DHR in 2012 after five years at Paul’s former company, Marlton Risk Management. He now has over a decade of stop-loss experience. His responsibilities include group analysis, underwriting, and developing strategies to best assist our producers in serving their client’s needs. Barney takes pride in being a member of a team that is dedicated to excellence and is driven to achieve optimum results for our producers and their clients.
Cheryl joined Paul and Barney in 2013. She is a member of the LLC and tasked with overseeing the administrative operational functions of DHR. Her responsibilities include all financial data analysis and reporting, information technology systems development and maintenance, human resources, procurement, expenditures, and costs.
Jeni has been with DHR since 2014. Jeni oversees the handling of all claims and risk management. Prior to DHR, she has held a multitude of functional roles within a claims department for MGU’s and Direct Carriers for 20 years. Some of her roles included audit negotiations, claims examiner, managing claims for captives, specialty risk blocks, TPA audits, vendor management and working with the nurses and clinical risk managers.
